okay so my instrument cluster acts wierd. all the lights work like blinkers and stuff and the lights behind the gauges. but the needles dont read anything except for the speedometer which is more off the faster i go. like when im going 35 it says 45 but when i go 65 it says 80.

I replaced the cluster with one i got on ebay. and it all worked again. the RPM's act differently but i think thats cuz it was originally for a 318i, it now says i have an extra 53000 miles that the actual mileage. which makes it all harder if i end up selling my car.
