Power windows and sunroof

What is your question?

My power windows won't roll down and my power sunroof wont open? It's not the fuse either unless there located in another place on the car. Help?

Do you hear a clicking noise or any noise while trying to get them to go down? Check the regulators. They are common to go on BMW's
