driver door wont open from the inside or outside

hit the door (not too hard) right where the mech is. my rear pass door is like this on my 94 i give it a little hit and then the door opens fine, its wierd fixing a door like fonze fixes a jukebox.... but if it works lol

Same thing happened to me. None of my doors would open. Awful thought if I was in an accident, huh. They changed the general module and so far all is fine. It began with the key not working. It wouldn't unlock the doors, so I had to do it manually, then it would lock me in and I couldn't get out once I stopped the car. Quite scary. I wondered if anyone else had had this issue. I had the dealer check for recalls, of course there were none.
