Got new battery in there now have no start no crank was curious as to where to start to diagnose problem

I would check fuses with a test light, then I would see if any fusible links are present and that they are good. Should be a fuse that is bad under hood also check in passenger fuse box.
Note : ALWAYS 'Dis-connect' NEGETIVE terminal FIRST! .... ALWAYS 'Re-connect' NEGETIVE terminal LAST! .. That'll prevent this.
