so,you are checking for power to the new pump after you bought one and installed it? i believe i would have checked for power on the old one first.. how did you check/test for power?

We now found that when we try to start the car the fuse blows right there , we used a multi meter to check

most likely you have a pinched wire on that circuit that keeps blowing the fuse.you will have to find the hot wire that is shorting to ground and repair it.
