I need to identify a plug

What is your question?

I tried to change my oil and mistakingly pulled the plastic plug that looks exactly like the oil drain plug. It’s located a little further back toward the front of the transmission, when I did this a clear liquid came out and I can’t figure out what it is or where to refill it
