Audi Q5 2012 - AC button green light won't switch on

Hello, it sounds as if something is preventing activation of the air conditioning system. Check for circuit protection - blown fuses related to the system. Beyond that, you'll have to get into proper diagnostic testing to find out why the system will not turn on.
