I have a leaky headlight - moisture in doesn't get out - can I seal with silicon

The headlight lamp is not working all the time. I want to remove - dry out - use silicone to seal the seams - replace the bulb and go from there.....or do I need to replace whole thing

Worth a try. Not something we would do in our shop, but you can try.

thanks - brought up to the Audi dealer - said to replace the whole thing - but also said it was worth the try - difference is about $1000
