The car will not crank when open the trunk

Hello, this seems like a very odd correlation. I'd recommend some local hands on assistance ensuring that all conditions needed to crank the engine are present.

“Every time I go to the car wash” ~ that indicates this is an ongoing concern - - so how do you finally get the engine to crank at these times? One more question - how old is the car battery?
