What is your question?
When I start my car, the esp light is not on but as I'm going down the street maybe 15/20 mins later, it pops on and stays on until I cut the car back off. This is happening everyday. Does it have anything to do with my brakes?

Possibly , or a speed sensor. Easiest and quickest way would be to have it scanned with the correct scanner and use that info for help in diagnosis. Or it could be on because of the 'check engine' light being on. (other post).
Sounds like a speed sensor at one of the wheels. You have a sensor at each wheel which notify the ABS and stabilization computer when a wheel has broken loose in either a skid or under acceleration. It can then shut the throttle or pump your brakes electronically to get the situation under control
What is a speed sensor? Also when you say "scanned" do u mean I need to put it on a diagnostic machine?
Scanned with a real scanner , not the 'toys' they use at Autozone. Will cost a little , but will probably save hundreds of dollars otherwise spent on wrong parts.
