What can I do to fix my coolings fans?

The cooling fans on my 06 A6 with a 3.2 run constantly when the car is on. I replaced the coolant sensor on the upper radiator hose since it seemed to be a potential fix but no dice. Any other suggestions?

The cooling fans will run at all times if the air conditioning system -- or climate control system utilizing the air conditioning compression -- is engaged and in the on position. This isn't abnormal. What is the problem you're having with it?
