What is your question?
I purchased my 2013 A4 in October 2017 with 56,700 miles. I had my 65,000 service performed in May 2018. At this time there was a recall on the Auxiliary pump with no replacement until November of 2018. I scheduled my recall appt on 1/29/2018. Two weeks prior to my scheduled replacement, my vehicle started losing freon about every 40-50 miles. I took my vehicle in for the recall last Tuesday at which time I was informed my water pump was bad also to the tune of $1,140. Would the delayed recall on the auxiliary pump have cause my water pump to go out also? My car has 69,700 miles on it at this time.

Hello, the recall you are speaking of covers the "after run" coolant electric pump, and in some cases can extend the warranty of the turbocharger as a related component. The water pump had a service bulletin for replacement due to leakage -- but this does not extend the warranty period on that component. Since it is a known concern, you can certainly ask for help from Audi - it is worth a try - but it does not appear to be covered by any program nor can be correlated to the recall you are speaking of.
