Ticking noise when car is off pass side rear seat.

What is your question?

I had the trans and comfort control box replaced. All is good. When the car is off there is a ticking noise on the pass side rear. Rear seat left hand side. I checked the gas cap and that is ok. What the hell is in there. Maybe a relay? Would a diag test tell me anything?
