I HAD THE TOP OF MY CAR DOWN AND ALL OF A SUDDEN IT CANNOT IT COMES UP OFF WAY AND THE BUTTON WILL NOT CLOSE THE TOP. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG

It could be many different things. You really need to go to a VW/Audi specialty shop to diagnose the system and advise you with the repair. Zee
