Then if the clutch master and slave are OK , your pressure plate took a dump , possibly. What happens (under safe conditions) if you put it in 1st gear and try to start it when pedal is stuck on floor?

ima check that out now yes it does i started the car in 1st pressed some gas and was moving but couldnt move shifter or clutch.. started to smell smoke so i turned it off. My break light was on so i check my fluids hydrolic fluids is fine but my break fluid looks empty.(i put some in before i got it towed home).
