can't turn off car due to weak battery

Hello, if your battery is weak or unable to hold a charge, sometimes your vehicle will not have enough reference voltage to maintain operation of vehicle accessories - even with the vehicle running. It sounds like your battery may require replacement, or at least getting fully charged and tested further.
