What is your question?
When my car has been driven for more than 30 minutes or so, and I have to make a complete stop at a red light, when the light turns green and I accelerate to go forward, my car hesitates and sometimes I can hear that it is struggling to get into 1st gear. This strained hesitating, gear 1 engagement only happens when my car is 'warmed up'. Also, this hesitation doesn't happen in any other gear as I am driving. However, Reverse is beginning to do a similar hesitation. Noises: can hear sounds as the car is trying to get into 1st gear Leaks: Oil Leak that has been diagnosed by but not determined where coming from. Error Codes detected by Audi dealership on Oct 5 shown to be held in ECM memory but once cleared, did not come back after 100 miles of driving car: P050A and P2570 June 8 and August 4 Aamco Concord replaced transmissions. Used transmissions from other Audis of same year, similar miles (approx 75K)
What makes this problem better or worse?
It happens when car is warmed up/driven for more than 30 minutes

Since you've had transmissions replaced with used assemblies, I'd seek recourse with your Aamco contact. It sounds like an internal mechanical first / reverse clutch issue. It seems like a mechanical concern internally. The hard part will be duplicating the concern for them, so persist on that.
