Where is the tail light fuse located at.and under what name?

I don't know that it would help you, if the fuse were bad, you would have no power at either light. Make sure the bulb is good, inserted properly, and the same bulb number as the old one. If that doesn't help, check for power at the socket with a DVOM or test light.
