If this is a factory system, take it to an Acura specialist. If it's aftermarket, try a stereo shop that installs them or an auto electric shop. I'm guessing that you read the information on it and it's no help. Here's a directory link fo you: http://repairpal.com/acura-repair-in-syosset-new-york
