What is your question?
The car drives perfectly fine, nothing unusual. I took it for the emission test. After the test, I was told everything else is fine, but the computer monitor is not ready. I am not sure what I can do to make it ready for the test. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Vehicles have different "monitors" or computer tests that are run within the software of the vehicles "computer" called the engine control module. These test look at different parameters from sensors on the engine and sometimes transmission during manufacturer defined driving conditions. These tests can either pass, fail, or be incomplete. Usually driving the vehicle within these parameters will cause the tests to either pass or fail. If they pass you are good to go for your inspection if they fail a check engine light is illuminated and code stored in the engine control module and you can read the code and from there diagnose the problem.
