What is your question?
Currently, messages on dash indicate low brake fluid, check VSA system and red brake light shows. If new brake master cylinder with new sensor is installed, will these messages not appear or will they also need to be cleared in another way. (No leaks from brake fluid, no noises heard, and no spongy or low breaking pressure on brakes.)
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing makes it worse, only lighted indicators appear, but brake fluid is fine.
How long has your 2011 Acura TL had this problem?
2-3 days

Hello -- quick answer is - no one can have any idea until they perform needed electronic diagnostic testing referencing "C" Chassis modules with a tool capable of interfacing with the vehicle in this way. Referencing the trouble codes found with workshop manual and service bulletin data is required to figure out what's happening. Certainly. it's possible that the master cylinder could be at the root of the concern - but it's definitely not the only possible cause.
