What is your question?
Catalytic converter was stolen so I know is throwing a sensor code. Drove it for a entire day, went and changed the oil and it wouldn't start. Key fob quit working so I replaced the battery and I can't get it to sync up to the vehicle. Key is separate from the key fob and it states on the Acura forum I can sync this key fob without programming. Replaced several burnt fuses after driving for a day
How long has your 2000 Acura TL had this problem?
Just bought it a week ago

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like you’ve got a real mystery on your hands with that Acura TL. A battery reading 12.45 volts isn’t fully charged, but it should still be enough to crank the engine. However, if you're seeing 447 CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) and it’s not close to the battery's rated CCA, that might mean it's getting weak, even if the voltage seems decent. And with some burnt fuses in the mix, there could be underlying electrical issues. Replacing the fob battery is good, but since it’s not syncing, it might need a more involved reprogramming. The stolen catalytic converter might have affected more than just sensors—if there’s an open exhaust, it can mess with how the engine runs, too. Double-check grounds and connections, especially where fuses were replaced, and consider getting the battery tested under load.
