Fans won't come on to cool car I've checkred fuses already and relays sensors l

Does your temp gauge ever reach the half mark? Or is it below/cold all the time?? What you should do is let it warm up to the half mark, and go out and feel the hoses. Be careful when doing this please! If your upper hose is hot, and the lower hose is cold, you have a bad thermostat which will cause the fan issue. Please get a OEM Honda thermostat, as the generic auto parts store ones just aren't reliable.
