How can I fix my display panel

Hello, it sounds like there may have been a power surge that may have damaged your instrumentation display panel. It's not for sure, but this is not normal, nor is it a "programmable" thing. If I was working with this car, I would disconnect the battery again for about 15 minutes and then reconnect it and cross my fingers that somehow it resolves. If it does not, you'll need some professional assistance.
