The small rectangluar button on the dash that allows you to let the air flow to your feet or both feet and upper vents does not turn on or allow me to choose the air flow location.

Hello, this could be the result of an issue with the controls themselves, or an electrical concern powering the controls and the related motors that operate those vent doors in the dash. Some basic testing of circuitry is needed to determine the root cause so you can develop a repair plan.
