engine light off/on, dealer has replaced a lot of parts

What is your question?

engine light coming on/off for over a year. oxygen sensors, hoses, thermometer,radiator,water pump,timing belt,etc replaced. no loss of power, car running fine, last thing would be to replace would be catalytic converter, does this sound like a catalytic converter?

First off you need to get the Diagnostic Trouble Codes that triggered the Check Engine Light.

You would need to know the codes that are stored in the vehicle to start diagnosing the issue. Most parts stores can plug a scan tool in for you and give you the codes that are setting off your check engine light.
