Hello, you can't know until you perform testing to find out what is wrong. The possible good news is that a common failure that can cause the warning light to come on is the sensors in the seat belt buckles. The seat belt buckles have a lifetime warranty, and can be repaired at your local Acura dealership at no charge. Unfortunately, you won't know if this is the failure until you test the system, which you may have to pay for. Good luck!
