P1399 on Acura's is usually an ERG related problem, Po401 is insufficient EGR flow, Po141 is a separate/different code for a fault in the secondary O2 sensor heater circuit, P0325 is a knock sensor code which may be false, or set by the misfire. EGR does not operate until you take of from idle or stop. Common problem with EGR where the passage ways need to be cleaned. Reset the codes after cleaning the EGR passageways, check the O2 sensor heater for continuity and power to the heater drive the car and see if the other codes come back.
