after I stop then excellerate I get smoke out of my tailpipe also my car leaks

You've got both external and internal oil leaks on the engine. The internal could be from worn rings, bad valve guide seals, or several other things. The oil accumulates while you're idling, as at a traffic light, then get sucked into the combustion chambers when you accelerate, causing that cloud of smoke, which disappears after you've gotten up to speed. External leaks require a visual inspection to pinpoint.
