What is your question?
The car has been sitting for about 6 months. Now when I turn the car on the cold-hot indicator is close to high all the time. The radiator is fine, all fluids are full. What could be the problem? The car is not over heating.

Most probable cause is going to be a faulty coolant temperature sender. Typically these are cheap to purchase and easy to replace. Buy the part from any local auto parts store and follow directions on a video online for replacement. Refill the cooling system afterwards and bleed out any air in the system. After that check to see if your gauge is functioning properly.
