It could be the c.v. joints but the most likely cause is a tire out of balance. When you have them balanced make sure and tell them to "zero them out". they will understand what you mean and will most likely correct the vibration.

I would also check your tire balance as well. Also how is the alignment? Are the boots on your CV joints intact?
