Hi, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Replacing your blower motor on your 2013 Acura RDX should not have any effect on your temperature control or your engine cooling fan as these are different circuits. It impossible that something got disconnected during the repair that may be effecting the temperature control. I’d go back and double check connections and make sure there are no pinched wires or anything. As for the engine cooling fan, that may be coincidental. I start with checking for blown fuses, and checking to see if the fan has good power and ground. It may be worth having a certified shop that has access to scan tools and wiring diagrams take a look at it to give it a thorough diagnosis.
