Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I'm not seeing anything about being on an incline, which could affect proper running. It is important to determine your fuel supply, and if the engine has an ignition, spark, or fuel supply issue, or maybe even an air intake issue.
