A/C fails to operate...

What is your question?

The A/C works perfectly as long as the interior of the vehicle is cool or cooled. When the temp rises above 90 degrees F., the A/C compressor will not cycle on and the climate control blows like it was a hair dryer on high.

I believe there is a recall because our 2008 RDX has the identical problem. The dealer fixed it as a warranty repair and the factory warranty is out.

a 2009 may still be in factory warranty if less than 50,000 miles
