What is your question?
When I switch on and off of the A/C setting (but continue fan), I can hear the condenser engage and disengage. I can also feel air blowing from it when I pop the hood and put my hand in front of it (condenser). I had bought a can or A/C recharge with a gauge on it, but the pressure reading was at 120 on the low port side. I even went and sprayed of the grill really well to make sure it wasn't blocking any air flow. This started after I took a couple hour trip into the mountains. It worked on the way up, but then after sitting a few hours in the sun, the A/C never really worked on the way back home. The temperature hasn't even been above 90.

First, I think you mean compressor, not condenser running. You would not check in front of a compressor OR condenser to see if air is "blowing". With due respect, please seek the guidance of a professional who has the proper equipment and certified skills to handle refrigerants legally and the know how -- a professional technician can easily diagnose your concern and help you resolve it.
