Hi, seek an alternative opinion with another Acura dealership. Or, reach out to the service manager who can spend more time with you to understand better your concerns. Sounds like there's a disconnect. No one in this forum will know anything about what "should" or "should not" be happening with a 2024 Acura. So, the dealer is the best resource.
