Today I ran over a nail and had a flat tire. My tire was replaced by my spare and driving home all my electronics went crazy. From the brake sensor to the transmission sensor, everything was flashing and actually had difficulty turning my car off. What happened?????

Hello, your vehicle dynamics require that your tires all match. When you have your spare tire on, all the vehicle dynamics are way off - because it's an emergency situation! To be expected. Emergency means get it fixed and back to normal. As far as turning your car off - can't understand that, but the warning lights and malfunction of safety systems, anti-lock brakes, sensing systems - I understand.
