Can you replace the gasket only or the entire intake manifold

Greetings I’m wondering if you have to replace the entire intake manifold if it’s sipping air or you can just change the gaskets?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Dealer recommended to replace intake manifold after emission light came on after putting gas in the tank
