What is your question?
I put a new starter in it yesterday and that isn't the issue, it was running fine and we got home a couple days ago, came out in the morning and it cranks but just doesn't start. We did drive through a couple very large puddles at high speed accidentally during a rainstorm, so a connection could have gotten wet or something like that. It is either not getting spark or not getting fuel and I can't figure out why. The fuel pump is making sound when I turn the car on so I'm assuming it is okay as well as its relays.

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like your MDX is having a bit of a stubborn streak. Given that it cranks but won’t start, and you recently drove through some hefty puddles, it’s quite possible that water may have caused an issue. Since the fuel pump is making noise, it’s likely working. Now, let’s look at spark. You might have a wet or corroded ignition system component, such as the distributor cap or ignition coils. Water can sometimes sneak into these areas and cause temporary issues. Also, check the wiring and connectors around the ignition system and fuel system. Sometimes, water can cause connections to short or corrode. Drying out these components and ensuring all connections are secure might resolve the issue. If these checks don’t solve the problem, a professional diagnostic could pinpoint exactly where the hiccup is.
