Hey, my name is Dusty, and I'm here to help you with a recurring blown fuse issue in your 2003 Acura MDX. When a fuse keeps blowing, it indicates a short somewhere in the circuit. That circuit is particularly involved; the taillight relay, brake light failure sensor, hazard switch, multiple lights, headlamps, and fuseboxes are all tied to it. So I'd recommend starting simple, check all the bulbs and their connectors. Look for damage, corrosion, exposed wire that may be touching the body, etc. Then, you could locate and replace the taillight relay, install a new fuse (rated to the manufacturer's specification), and check for normal operation. If that doesn't yield any results, a diagnosis from a seasoned pro is in order.
