Jerks on acceleration

What is your question?

My car jerks on initial acceleration from a stop. It doesn't do it again at all when changing gears. I was told it could be the engine and/or motor mounts or the throttle sensor, because there's no slipping when changing gears during normal acceleration. Timing belt replaced couple 2-3/yrs ago.
