Ok when I was driving down the road I lose power and could not get it to go so I shut the car off and started it back up. But parked the car and now it won't start so what do I need to fix

That sounds similar to an issue I had with my 1994 legend. I got on the freeway, and all of a sudden the car died. I pull over. No start. Got it towed off the freeway, kept trying to start once in a while. I can't remember if the starter would turn. I think it did, and the engine would turn but not start. Finally after a number of tries, it would start! So, it ended up after my mechanic kept it for over a week, he disconnected all the grounds where the harnesses were attached to the chassis, and cleaned them. This fixed my car and it has not done this since. He said it probably wouldn't happen for many years and it was just caused by corrosion over time. Unfortunately, now I have other problems...head gasket, etc., which is why I am at this website today.
