I need to figure out if my car has every relay/fuse installed or if there is a relay missing. I recently had someone work on my car and I had to cancel the work early, yet I was told that a relay or two had been removed. There are some locations where a relay could go, however, I don't know if it's a major relay that is necessary or not.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hi, obtain an owners manual and/or workshop manual with wiring diagram that can define the specific areas for fuses and relays and what should be present there - in size and capacity as well as if there is a circuit in that area at all.
