Manual Transmission question

What is your question?

I rebuilt my 5spd transmission and i currently have the case off exposing the inner parts. So i can spin everything in neutral but when i manually move the sleeve into gear everything binds and im not able to spin the transmission. This happens in half of my gears. Was Certain I put everything together right but having doubts now, just seeing if its supposed to do this
