I have a 1998 acura cl, I can be driving down the road and it will die but if I let it coast in will turn right back on and keep going. If I am unable to let it coast and have to stop and try to restart it, it will start but then it sounds like its choking then dies again. After I let it sit for a few minutes it starts up and runs. What is wrong?????

If all the electrical cuts off at this point, I would suspect the main relay is failing and needs replaced.
It sounds like the same problem I had, the ignition switch is defective. The part is a plastic component only around 30 bucks but its tricky to remove. There are sheer bolts which must be taken out. Acura sells them, a dealer part. I improvised with standard bolts when I changed mine. It took me about two to three hours to change out mine. Car started and did not stall afterwards. The Acura dealer changed mine once under warranty when I did not have any problem with it and the dealers igniction switch is the one that went bad about two years after replacing it. I replaced the dealer part and its been good so far(knock on wood) for about four years. It only coast me for the part. You may have a warranty on the igition switch so if you do might as well let them change it out the first time for free under the warranty.
ziptie knows a way to listen for the relay to click or not... .. I'LL try to pay closer attention... may need to check one out myself!

The power does not cut out. My blinkers stop working but headlights and everything else is fine.
