Pully vibrating & serpentine misaligned

Hello, has the belt or any other component in that area been replaced? It is exceptionally unusual for a pulley alignment issue to occur on this vehicle. You could have a tensioner pulley concern, an idler pulley concern, a concern with the air conditioning compressor pulley, alternator, water pump, power steering pump... It's going to take physical inspection of the pulleys to see what is happening.
