i I had a dead battery and I CHANGE IT now my radio dont work my bass and trible toggle swiches keep on blinking please help. 7

Unfortunately, your radio probably has an internal circuit issue and the unit will have to be replaced. This condition is quite common with these radios. Your local dealership has a radio exchange program to handle the repairs.
