Do you want the stock resonator or the superior aluminum one? I replaced 3 stock ones in 15,000 miles. The last one I had to pay for. It was nearly $250.00. Then I put in the aluminum one and keep the plastic one as a backup. The aluminum one does not seem to ever require replacement. It costs about $110 to 120 plus labor. Expect about 2-3 hours, or do a search for Sprinter in your area. They should have this part in stock and are usually quicker because they have replaced so many.

On our '05, cost was about $420.00 to replace. Didn't solve my turbo boost shut down problem. Still pulling over and cleaning the oil out of the intake hose and wiping off the sensor. Suspect first seal on booster shot.
