pressed gas padel from steady speed or turn,Noise is coming instead of car speed

What is your question?

I have seen that whenever I am turning my car into left or right and then pushing the gas pedal suddenly high for speeding up, It is not speeding up instead of that RPM indicator is going high and Noise is coming car. Then If I smoothly pushed it gas pedal, then it's speeding up. There are no Lights on or any indicator. I have recently changed 4 spark plugs, but problem remains same.
