Power windows, power locks and rear window wiper all stopped working at once

we had trouble with some of our systems...the battery cable wasn't attached firmly...had taken it into the shop and they had bumped it. So once we tightened the bolts all was well!! I though my van was posessed because it was doing things on its own too...soo weird!
